Zeno Global LLC Refund Policy

1. Customer:

Zeno Global LLC applies this refund policy to all customers who arise transactions and have a request for a refund with Zeno Global LLC without violating or suspecting fraud in payment. We may require confirmation for transaction information before making a refund.

2. Refunded balance:

Zeno Global LLC refunds the remaining balance at that time including the remaining money on your Zeno Global LLC Ads account (after 3 hours since stopping all ad campaigns) and the balance on the Zeno Global LLC account
All incurred costs when using Zeno Global LLC services will not be refunded.
Zeno Global LLC only refunds 100% of the amount in case our customer has not yet been granted a TikTok Ads account.

Important Notice

Zeno Global LLC will not support refunding remaining balance from suspending ad account if our ad account is fined (being suspended) for any reason as TikTok policy.

Here are some typical reasons that get ad account suspended and Zeno Global LLC can not guarantee for those cases:

Deploying products or services without obtaining prior approval from Zeno Global LLC
Running prohibited products, such as weight loss, endocrine, sexual health, breast augmentation, MLM, financial, gambling, etc.
Advertisers engaging in spam actor/bad actor activities.
Altering landing page content, running landing pages featuring individuals wearing badges, doctors, third-party logos, or having redirect links that violate unauthorized product guidelines.
Users associated with ad accounts that have a history of policy violations, engage in system evasion, or intentionally fail to pay advertising expenses will have their accounts suspended without refunds.

3. Payment methods:

Zeno Global LLC will make a refund with the payment method and currency unit that customers have paid for Zeno Global LLC.

4. Processing time:

Zeno Global LLC will refund your remaining amount within 1-5 working days after receiving the customer's confirmation of the closing balance.
Customers can receive the refunded amount within 5-10 working days depending on the payment methods and each international payment gateway.
Top-ups made through PKR payment gateways will be refunded in 3-6 business days (excluding Sun, and public holidays) after you cancel the subscription at the closing rate listed in State Bank of Pakistan in their respective bank through which they topped up the account.

Zeno Global LLC Fine Policy

Fine $200 for a suspended account, $100 for a violating account

If the account is found running TM or copyright, Zeno Global LLC has the right to revoke the ad account immediately and the lessee will be subject to a fine of $100.
If receiving a warning from the TikTok or Zeno Global LLC team, Zeno Global LLC will be forced to revoke the running account and consider re-granting it if the lessee commits to comply with the policy.
The level of compensation if the account is suspended is $200 if the fault belongs to the customer. Zeno Global LLC will decide the determination of the fault.
Zeno Global LLC will not support refunds if customers get our ad account suspended for any reason.

Shipping Policy

Zeno Global LLC does not handle physical goods or shipments directly. Our services facilitate online payments between merchants and customers.

Merchants are responsible for managing their shipping processes, methods, and costs.

Pricing Structure

Each customer using Zeno Global LLC's TikTok Agency Ad Account service will receive the following benefits:

Support for up to 2 agency ad accounts per customer.
1-on-1 support from both the Zeno Global LLC and TikTok teams for content approval and campaign optimization.
Exclusive offers and testing programs
Assistance with appeals and issue resolution when your ad account encounters problems.

The total fee customers need to pay = Service Fee + Gate Fee

Terms of Services

This is an agreement between you and Zeno Global LLC, including but not limited to Zeno Global LLC and its affiliates who are operating zenovietnam.com ("Zeno Global LLC" or "we"). Please read these Terms of Services, and the other applicable rules, policies, and terms available at the zenovietnam.com website. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement on behalf of yourself and your company and others who use Services under your account.

Section 1 - Use of Services

To use Services, you must follow with the following requirements and process:

These Terms of Services and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

This Privacy Policy describes how Zeno Global LLC and its affiliates (collectively "Zeno Global LLC") collect and process your personal information through Websites, devices, products, services that reference this Privacy Policy.

We collect your information in order to support you to use the TikTok Platform. Moreover, your information also allows us to support you while you are using the TikTok Platform.

We use your information to operate, provide, develop, and improve the Services that we offer you. These purposes include:

Support you to use TikTok Platform under the scope of Services that Zeno Global LLC providing
Provide to TikTok in accordance with the Framework Agreement between Zeno Global LLC and TikTok
Comply with legal obligations. In certain cases, we collect and use your information to comply with laws.
Communicate with you. We use your information to communicate with you in relation to Zeno Global LLC via different channels (e.g., by phone, e-mail, chat).
